error while uploading maps page: 1 | ||
| I have a few maps I would like to upload but everytime I try I get an error like this: Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /www/htdocs/v127008/mappage/upload2.php:2) in /www/htdocs/v127008/mappage/connect.inc.php on line 2 You did not upload a *.scm/*.scx file as map, a jpg/gif file for the image or one of your files was bigger than 20 Bytes. Try to make the files smaller please, and remember, that this script is only for broodwar maps | ||

| 20 bytes? :P You sure about that? 1 popular misconception is to upload maps wrongly named, and that could be the reason. Following known special characters can't be used in the filename: ' Following specialcharacter can PROBABLY NOT be used either: *´`@#¤%£$}{~^¨ etc To be sure, name your maps with same caracter as you would name a battle.net account :P Whenever encountering problems like this, always check the filename first, so far it has be the most common issue, if not the only.. | ||

| The name is fine. It says it's greater than 20 bytes... but 20 bytes? Each file is over 100 kilobytes... o_O | ||

| I hope it works now, I don't want to upload a map just to test it. My bad, when changing the forum so that it goes in the main design again, I had to implement the variable $limit=20, to limit the number of posts displayed on one page. But the same $limit also sets the limit in bytes for a file when uploading;P as your file is more then 20 byte, it did not work^^ It is fixed now. thx for reporting the bug. | ||
