I like this, are mains too big or is this just me?

Looks like something that's going to be very aesthetically pleasing.

Mains are top right/bot left? Yeas they are overly huge. Bases could probably be spread out a bit better. Double gas is a bit over the top, probably. Bases except for the third are also very open. Maybe add some terrain that would at least allow for some decent Pylon walls on the low ground. The high ground should probably cut more into those spaces at 3:30/9:30.

I've forgotten the standard main sizes for a 2 player map, and I remember that I always made main sizes bigger on inverted maps.

I can shrink the vertical of the bases, should give more space to play around with at the 3 and 9 edges. Maybe something like Gladiator 3rds?.

Making it impossible to select all the workers at the start using a box, could be interesting

Or block all worker spawns, so you have to get lucky with the first fifty minerals to have a spot for the worker to pop out

Very cool map, however I do not like the use of inverted ramps to the lower ground main - especially for space tileset.
