Tr/bl mains look smaller than tl/br.
And, of course: http://www.panschk.de/mappage/newsscript/viewarticle.php?newsid=34
Looks way too easy to contain some one at the nat, with all the highground and tight ramps around.
I would move the 3rds clockwise, bringing them closer to the nats, and also the minonlies, using the space generated by moving the 3rds. to get those high grounds farther away from the nats.
Finally push the ramp to the centre high ground towards the centre. Ideally you want units to be able to move freely on the low ground between nat and 3rd without being in Tank range from the centre high ground. Should be no problem to achieve as there isn't much going on in the centre, so there's a lot of space to use. You probably wouldn't even have to reconsider the centre aesthetics much, Looks like just mirroring the centre would probably suffice.
I like the idea with the mineral only base but I think there needs to be more area for unit movement outside of the front yard.
You could try to reduce the center area of the map a little and it will give you the space you need.
This doesn't really solve any of the issues.
There something I kinda like somewhere there hidden.. not sure what… but I feel there is something off with the symmetry
Maybe wider low ground area outside of front yard since there is so much area in the center.
I think adding another wide ramp from low ground -> center area can help with more comfortable unit movement to flank and counter contains from the high ground.
Also, travel from front yard -> 3rd gas base ramp is very long.
