This week's motw is LostTampon's Chaos Theory! This is a well made map, with a nicely performed balance of open and tight areas. This map, unlike many these days, features no custom or illegal features. It is 100% standard made. Of course, it is number 1053 in our map database, so it is fairly old.
And here's a brief description of what "chaos theory" is, in my opinion and words. Chaos theory describes how many things we observe happening as being random, are not. Chaos does not describe what is random, but what is based on so many different factors that it appears random. Examples of chaos theory are: Fractals, the formation of smoke, the flow of air currents, the movement of birds as they fly. An important thing to know when talking about chaos is the butterfly effect. Essentially the butterfly effect states that the altering of tiny things can result in huge changes. The famous example in this theory is that the flap of a butterfly's wings can create a hurricane on the other side of the planet. There is much more about chaos theory, and a basic more specific account of it can be found here
