lol very interesting, but I don't see much attempt at positional balance, but I could be naive and wrong :) Looks confusing though, hard to understand what all is going on^^

One thing you could improve is the gas issue, see our article database for more information on the gas issue, but essentially top and left geyser mines the fastest, I see some players have much faster mining geysers than others (as their main's geyser), and I think something like that would matter a lot in such a large map.

the lack of doodads do not break this map. i just love the layout - it just looks like so much fun

I can see all 8 starts...you have to look closely.

It's positionally imbalanced, reminds me of Blizzard.

I like the randomness. Try to balance out the positions. Get the distance from main to expo 2send expo equal for every starting position. Think how many resources can every player secure reasonably. Asymetrical maps are very hard to balance. This is not a serious 1v1 or 2v2 map like most maps here. More a crazy FFA one.

Some mains have double gas some don't. I see no reason for this. The mains with single gas are also the ones with the starting position that have trouble securing a defendable gas expo so some will be gass poor and others gasrich. Some aeras are carefully made while other parts of the map seem sloppy. FFA are unfair but it is frustrating if a player gets way more resources from the start without reason.

+1 Schavuit. Any dumbass who complains about balance on an FFA map is just the most ridiculous person I have ever met. There is no such thing as 'fair' in an FFA. If you get 2v1ed by chance, it's not gonna help you that there aren't too many cliffs for Terran, or that the space was wide enough for Protoss flanks. You're fucked until both of them get attacked at home and have to retreat their forces for 3 minutes while their base is being destroyed.
