Some people might hate me for this map :p Anyways, this one really is not meant all that seriously. The only place where you could build functional missile turrets would be at the spot where your command center was before you lifted it off and moved it away a bit. You can build ground units with every race if you place the factory close to the cc/nex. If that wasn't the case, you couldn't even build harvesters. I just noticed that terran might be sad because of the lack of building space... Well, maybe sometime... In any case, just notice how the DWebs are placed and try to place them like that on LoliCatSpielplatz ;)
