Hey, just created this early version and wanted to get some feedback. Despite some diversity in mineral placement at a couple expansions, the diversity is actually effectively the same due to careful placement. Also, all gases are aligned the same with the sole exception of the nats, which both have equally diagnal positioning, which if i recall correctly is consistent. The xel naga temples guarding the second nat entrance's are unstacked, and the zero value mineral stacks are 10 per stack at the nats. Besides that, thusfar what you see if what you get. Thoughts?

Turn off grid before you tell scmdraft to save bitmap. That will fix your picture good sir.

I've changed the center portion so that it is 3 hills, nearly fully tranversable. Hopefully that will help with the tightness, the expansions aren't as tight as they look, just not hugely roomy. The mains provide enough room even for terran. Kinosjourney what errors are you referring to? Oh and I cannot seem to edit this map on here, I have tried every form of spelling the maps name and still cannot get results in the "edit map" key. I'd like to post the new image, which is of the same quality. The image comes from scmdraft2 and then is resized in paint, this is the only way I am formilar with the process, and is listed specifically in this sites how-to create image.

I can also shift the corner expos more towards the corners, removing some of the overlying cliffs. This would allow a little more room for the mains and for those expansions.

The gas issue is only for the gases in the mains, NOT in any other expansion in the map. Although it does offer closer mining rates, it really doesn't matter after the game is about 5 minutes in, when you should be getting your first expansion.

By trying to make the gas issue balanced in a map, you actually can make it more positionally imbalanced. Both players can be on the same spot "symmetrically", but one player may have range of a lot more scvs because the mineral line is visible, while the other may only have range of 3 scvs on gas.

so plz, fix the expoes.

its a cool concept for the mains and nats with the second entrance blocked by the neutral building. the paths are just way too narrow. i'd scrap the middle and focus on making that work. see gmcs.

well you can't read all my comments in it for some reason, but if you get rid of the ramps in the middle which don't add anything, you will have room to make the nat and the mains less tight by widening up the ramps and paths in there. also use backwards ramps in the mains.
