Here is one of my newer maps, and I think it might be a little better. It's a simple map, and those doodads in the middle are trees. I did test it, and all sizes of units can walk through mid unhampered.
2 expoes is not enough, and tanks on those cliffs will own so badly it won't even be funny.
Oooh yeah I forgot to mention. All mins on this map are 3000, and gas is 10000.
Really plain, what are all them dots in the middle? No where to flank really, and Terran will own this map, no big fighting areas and the sides are just pointless. Open up the middle a bit. Oh, and try to stick with standard min setups, or at least don't go overboard because there will be lots of turtling.

dots are trees, the jpg maker doesn't draw them. Right?

Map is too simple, even with minerals and gas having more you need more resources. Those mains are large wastelands of useless space, you should take up the space with stuff.
Well, the map is pretty small. What could I put in the mains to make them more used up, but not cluttered?

- Added a min-exp near main.
- Made ledges un-tankable.
- Fixed mineral formations and gas issue.
- Decorated water area a bit.
- Set mins & gas back to standard value

Updated again

- Moved chokes in a bit.
- Made the naturals feel like naturals.
- Changed water around to make a bridge.
- Added far corner gas + min exps.
- Added more random doodads.
- Thinned out the trees in the middle to reduce congestion.

Tell me what you think of these changes. I think it's much more interesting now, and looks better, too.
Sorry to bump my own map, but I really would like some feedback on the newest updates.
Visually it's much better. As for gameplay, I think it just needs testing now. Because of the distances you can't play this like a standard map, so I can't say for sure as of now what the gameplay will be like.
