| look in "intothemap" the expert melee maps ;) you will find plenty of his maps :) |

and can you give me some maps with good mineral formation? And any ideas on whet to do with the middle? i think it looks a bit empty

I still dont get the scenario thing and i cant load yellow to see the min formations and my stinkin comp makes the min formations on the pic too blurry.
anything about how the game will go during the game? i tried it on bnet with a protoss and mainly whoeverlost the middle bases was falling behind. I think because the middle bases block alot of the exits out of their base.

If you use ScmDraft2, then on the top part of the screen there is a button that called "File", then on the right of that button, it says "Edit". After that button, going from left to right, there is the "option" button. Past that, there is the "Display options" button. And to the right of that one is the "Scenario" button. Click on that and more options appear, so you scroll down to "Randomize Minerals", and that randomizes all mineral patches in the current map window from Mineral Patch 1 - 3.

Any maps can be fine It just depends on the skill level of your target audience.. If you are making maps for your friends or w.e It can still be good. But if your goal is to produce a league map then this isn't quite yet.
Look at some old blizzard maps. If u made this map back in 1998, your map would probably made it to the blizzard maps :P
I can't really give you tips about the balance of the map because I don't play this game anymore.
