Somehow I slowly start to love BAdlands tileset.The asphalt + structure combo is pretty awesome in my opinion.

I like it, but I like more a map that looks natural, this can do, but abit "unnatural" for my taste.

I agree with you about the Badlands tileset

Um does not look very playable to me :/
choke point so far, so wide: Will be hard PvZ and TvP.
Natural so far and exposed: TvZ might be relatively easy. And the middle just looks like units getting stuck.

NO!! how are you going to place the chokes then? Think of stuff like that before being in a bad position.

Except for if you want to make it just one big island in middle. This could be quite interesting. Then there should be no ramps at all IMO.

With that big bone-shaped ledge in the middle, you need the big open zones somewhere else. Against terran, you can park your army nowhere without risk of getting shot from some type of cliff.

I greatly dislike the all high terrain middle.

Then tell me what you think is the best!More open space with just some walls or just the typical Luna middle?Or some high ground circle in the middle,so you can go 2ways?

random map; this is interesting, yeah it needs some work to be 'perfect' but it is different.

the map is very good as is.

suggestions:

remove the clumps of doodads near the center of the map near the nats.
and make some of the mineral lines more efficient (placement) .. like sp's placement on Sattarchasm etc.

Don't you think it should be at least a bit difficult to get through the middle?The doodads make it more difficult and units can be hidden behind it.It's a tactical feature of the map.

but I will have to test the map before i make edits.MAybe they are unnecessary.

maybe they could offer tactical uses but i dont think they do.. u could be right tho.
