you should always ask if you have the permission to edit others' maps. i dont think arden would agree, especially when you only take the map and change two minor things on the map itself (high platform -> low platform; remove building block). the change of high plat to elevated doesnt count, neither does the space decoration, or re-arranging some minerals. that is none of your business on others' maps.

really, those little changes dont give you the right to set your own name _next to ardens_, especially when you just took a great map and modified it slightly. putting your name equal to ardens is ridiculos, because you didnt do anything in creating this map. but that's exactly what i would expect from a guy like you actually. shame on you.

and it fits to your behaviour uploading this ridiculous piece of failure and disappearing without a single word on why you thought this map would need your touch. i am waiting, and i will delete this map if you cant come up with a good and reasonable explanation quickly. i dont care if you turn your back on this site then, you havent done anything for it so far (besides misjudgement of average maps).

huh,'s been awhile!

i was very busy last weeks and not find very much time for and then i played some of the maps i uploaded before.and even if many of them have really a nice design also a good execution,here & there i wasnt completely satisfied with before i came here and say cant you please do this & that i do it better myself,as my own vision/version of the map.

what disturbs me the most in the game was the high platform passage behind the expos in the corners,with the corresponding ugly inverted ramps;i dont wanna start a discussion about inverted ramps now.yes they work,but they are still ugly as hell and if it's possible they should be avoided.

after i opened the map in the editor i saw that the top of the map was also boring,somehow.not really bad maded designwise,but not really appeals to i do what i thought is the best.also i kick out the now that i'm not fan of such kind.

their are many other small changes like different res. position,a dif.deco ...

finally i reached a 3 level map with normal chokes and with new pathes in the corners behind those expos from there terrans tanks cant destroy a base so quickly(because now they have the low ground)

and flothefreak,if you compare this"small"changes to nightmarjoos version of velocity,you will find out that they are not so small at all.otherwise i wouldnt upload the map nor put my name next to arden.amd stop once for all to piss on peoples legs.
What are we map nazis here? Anyone can edit anyone's map, as long as one credits the original author.

I like the changes, I think they help the map.

Why do you mention me Grief? I edited Arden's map for a tournament I was gonna have with my team, I liked the map and wanted to use it, but it had flaws I wanted to correct. bwm provides a great place to have an easily downloadable map, and I wanted others to see my small edit, and say if they saw any other little things which could be improved.
oh i' a decoration maniac and arden's space was really empty.
Grief_Stricken's is not bad, but come on. you can do it better, and in the center, between the 2 bridges, you still have arden's 4 platform squares >.<
i really hate arden't 12 mineral fields shit, your's better, but now the multies in the island are some boring, won't you reconsider using dark platform again?
and what about some wider elevated thing ramps?
thos multies are too easy to harrass and hard to defend, and the atention is nos concentrated in the island.

maybe making the 12shit some double gass and all the continent more opened with some wide ramps so it becomes some fun?

i also noticed 12 can be tanked now
i'm happy you removed the "welcome to blizzard" things in the center expo.

arent there too many mineral fields in the naturals? well, gass needed to be in the front! nice work.

i really like romanov, it's one of the best things i have seen here (i voted for it in the starleague and every thing it were on, but i did not have the courage to tell arden to pimp his empty space)

Hey Grief,I tried to reach you over your email,dude.That was for 5 days,or so.After our discussion,I contacted DapixX over msg and talk about your request.At the beginning of our chat he said,he never heard about you nor ever met you.But after I send him some of your maps,it was like he remeber about RS2,and I become the feeling he was thrilled about the idea that you wanna work of one of his maps.So if you still want to do this,you have his ok.

Near to the end of our chat he said he believes he has some reps of RS2 and if I want he cant share them with me.My answer was positive.But only this one rep he could send me so far
good news.and thx alot for your sympathy.but for the moment i can't start with that map;i have very few time off at the moment,and anyway i started already with a other map...but after that project i can imagine to work on it.
