| UPDATED: 5/12/08 Yo guys whats going on! I'm starting the Avaton Tournament again and hopefully we'll be doing it every week. If you didn't know about this yet then heres a brief description: It is a tournament is an event where BroodWarMaps.net maps get played on. GosuGamers.net (Particularly NastyMarine, Artanis, Pitcher) will host this tourney on fridays between 20 CET and 18 CET. Two hand picked amateur maps (mostly motms) will get thrown into a map pool of pro maps where every start of a round, these maps will get played at least once. What our ultimate goals are with these tournaments is to get new maps into the community, recieve reps (look at most of (4)Nazca's replays), and get feedback from the players. (4)Nazca's success was mostly from this! Every week I will post the current map list, times, and any other important information. (4)Nazca - GRC-Deathlink - Not used. | What gives? It was a MOTM, it got the most votes and many people put lots of work into editing it into the final product. It's certainly better than Moon Tear and it rivals Rise of Teotihuacan in innovation. I vote yes to use it. | ||
